Flexi-Pak’s range of volumetric product depositors can be supplied either on a mobile trolley or they can be integrated / installed onto an existing production line.

All our depositors are fully manufactured in stainless steel, with food quality contact parts.

Product depositors can be fitted with either a servo controlled or a pneumatically operated drive.

Our servo operated depositors are supplied with a product recipe storage facility as standard, for the instant recall of different products, fill volumes and piston pumping speeds.

Product hoppers can be fitted with an agitator paddle, to help keep particulates in suspension. They can also be supplied with jacketed walls to help keep products hot / cold.

Our range of product depositors can be manually cleaned or fitted with CIP Clean in Place.
